How to use your Secure Vault
Open the vault
from this panel or the Secure Server Vault page.
Enter your 4-digit PIN
on the keypad. Default PIN for new accounts is
1234
— change it after first login.
Download files
uploaded by your hosting provider (server details, credentials, PDFs, etc.).
Lock the vault
when finished, or it will auto-lock after 30 minutes of inactivity.

, enter the 6-digit code sent to your email, then set a new PIN.
Never share your PIN. Files are encrypted behind your PIN and only you can access them.
