VNET TECHNOLOGIES ("we", "us") provides Colocation Services, Dedicated Servers and other Data Center Related services together with such other services as are agreed between it and the customer ("the Services").
By subscribing to any of the Services and opening an account with us ("the Account") you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all VNET TECHNOLOGIES accounts.
VNET TECHNOLOGIES disclaims all warranties or conditions, whether expressed or implied. We are subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of New Delhi, India.
VNET TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We do not disclose any personal information to advertisers or for marketing purposes.
2.1 VNET TECHNOLOGIES will use reasonable efforts to supply a continuous service but is not liable for loss of data resulting from delays outside our control, service interruptions, or acts of god.
2.2 VNET TECHNOLOGIES is not liable for special consequential damages including loss of business, contracts, profits, or savings.
2.3 Customers are liable for all charges levied by their telephone service provider.
2.4 VNET TECHNOLOGIES may carry out maintenance with notice and accepts no liability for service suspension during maintenance.
2.5 Customer details may be released to APNIC NCC and published in the APNIC WHOIS database.

3.3 Accounts using banned content will be terminated without notice.
We allow websites with legal adult content only. We do not allow pornographic or sexually-explicit images of children or any illegally obtained pictures/videos.
5.1 Attempts to undermine or harm our servers are strictly prohibited.
5.2 Resource abuse will result in immediate account deactivation without refund.
5.3 DOS attacks are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
5.4 Disrespect towards staff will result in account termination without refund.
If your account exceeds the bandwidth limit, we will inform you. If you continue to exceed the limit without upgrading, the account will be suspended until measures are taken or the account is upgraded.
7.1 Spamming or sending unsolicited emails is STRICTLY prohibited and will result in immediate account deactivation with no refund.
7.2 Limit of 3,600 outgoing emails per hour on Dedicated Hosting. Customers cannot exceed this limit.
Affiliates cannot earn commissions on their own purchases. Self-referrals are not permitted and will not receive affiliate commissions.
9.1 VNET TECHNOLOGIES does not guarantee backup services. You are solely responsible for making backup files.
9.2 Backups will not include media files (mp3, mpeg, wmv, video/audio files).
10.1 Cheques require 5 working days to clear. Postal orders or cash accounts set up same day.
10.2 Invoices generated 10 days before due date. Accounts suspended 5 days after due date if unpaid. Permanent termination after 15 days from due date.
11.1 You are responsible for account security and must prevent unauthorized access.
11.2 Keep your password secure.
11.3 Sharing passwords is strictly prohibited.
11.4 Attempting to obtain another user's password will result in termination.
11.5 Adopt adequate security measures to prevent unauthorized use.
11.6 Do not circumvent security or use cracking/probing tools.
11.7 DOS attacks or network interference is prohibited.
11.8 Security violations may incur criminal or civil liability.
11.9 Test for computer viruses before using services.
12.1 Staff will not help set up email accounts, sub-domains, or install applications via support. Use our tutorials and knowledgebase. Support assists only with server-side problems.
12.2 Upload websites via file manager or FTP. Set up databases via PHPMyAdmin. Configure FTP, mailboxes, sub-domains, and add-on domains yourself.
13.1 Cancellation Policy: Must be made at least 7 business days prior to end of service period.
13.2 Refund Policy: Refunds available within 30 days from project installation, minus service tax and hourly charges. Refunded within 45 days to original account.
13.3 No refunds for WHM/cPanel, Plesk, VPS, Dedicated Server Licenses, SSL Certificates, or Site Builder.
13.4 Scheduled maintenance downtime doesn't count toward uptime guarantee.
13.5 Services may be suspended/terminated on abuse complaints.
14.1 Dedicated servers and Data Center services are NOT included in money-back guarantee.
14.2 Price-freeze guarantee: You'll never pay more than initial signup amount.
14.3 Third-party license costs subject to change without notice.
VNET TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to modify terms at any time. Customers are bound by the latest terms published on the website.
16.1 We may terminate access with 14 days written notice.
16.2 We may suspend accounts immediately for breach of terms, including late/non-payment.
17.1 VNET TECHNOLOGIES disclaims liability for: loss of uploaded material, incompatibility issues, technical problems, service inaccuracy, computer viruses, or security breaches.
17.2 Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of income or data.
17.3 Liability limited to annual fees paid in the year liability arose.
17.4 Not liable for third-party services, goods, or content.
17.5 Not liable for force majeure events (war, fire, flood, strikes, etc.).
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold VNET TECHNOLOGIES harmless from all demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and claims arising from customer's use of the Services.
Customer and VNET TECHNOLOGIES agree that courts may strike out illegal or unenforceable clauses and enforce remaining terms. Jurisdiction: Courts of New Delhi, India.
